A privacy pageyou can actually follow
See where your data flows through DEMOxSHOP, what it's used for, and how you can manage it — broken into short sections you can read one at a time.
One account, many contexts of use
- 01
Starting with your account
The information you give when signing up and using the store lets us link our services to the right account.
Information that identifies your account
Your username, the email you provided, and your account details are used for signing in and managing your membership.
Passwords are stored a specific way
Your password is hashed before it's saved, so verifying it doesn't require keeping the original password in the database.
- 02
When you buy or top up
Every transaction carries supporting details so amounts can be checked and service can be tracked.
Purchases and amounts
Product details, amounts, order status, and top-up history are used to show your orders and let us verify what happened.
Information used for verification
Transfer reference numbers and data submitted with a request help us verify a payment or investigate an issue. Clearing cookies on your device doesn't remove this history from our systems.
- 03
Security while you use the store
Some data is needed to confirm who you are and block requests that shouldn't reach your account.
Sign-in state
Required for serviceA sign-in cookie confirms which account a request belongs to, with a lifetime and expiry set by our security rules. Signing out ends that session's access.
Protection against abnormal access
We use technical data — such as IP address, device information, and verification tokens — to help block forged requests, password guessing, and activity that risks your account.
- 04
What's remembered on your device
Cookies and browser storage serve different purposes; you can manage the ones you're offered from the settings bar.
Privacy choices
Remembers your decisionYour browser saves the choice you confirm, so you're not asked again on every page. Clearing site data or switching browsers may mean choosing again.
Temporary data for speed
OptionalWhen allowed, caching keeps some data in memory and tab storage to reduce reloading. You can opt in to only what's necessary, and tab-scoped data ends when the tab closes.
Notice dismissal state
Closing an announcement or pop-up may be remembered on your device for the notice's lifetime, so it doesn't keep interrupting you.
- 05
When we connect to outside services
Some parts of the service rely on other providers and are also covered by those providers' own privacy terms.
Network and bot checks
Connecting through Cloudflare may involve processing network data to provide the service and keep it secure. If Turnstile is enabled, an additional check runs on the page that uses it.
Media and links you open
Opening a video, widget, or link to another platform may connect your browser directly to that provider. Please check that destination's own policy before sharing more information.

You're in control of your data
Start by adjusting your on-device choices, or contact us when a request concerns data held in your account.
Review what you've allowed
You can reopen the choices bar anytime to change your performance-cookie permission. Changing this doesn't delete your account or cancel anything you've already done.
Request something about your personal data
Contact us to request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, or to restrict or object to processing as the law allows. We may need to verify your identity and check whether we still have a valid reason to keep the data before acting.
Withdrawing consent
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect processing that was already lawfully carried out beforehand. Your rights and any exceptions follow the applicable personal data protection law.
